Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms carefully. They include important information about payments, refunds, your responsibilities, limits on our liability, and how disputes are resolved, including binding individual arbitration and a class action waiver (see section 27).
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Coach Katy LLC, a Montana limited liability company doing business as Casting Kingdoms (“Casting Kingdoms,” “we,” “us,” “our”). Coach Katy Moore is the founder and coach. They apply to castingkingdoms.com and any page on it (the “Site”), and to every program, coaching service, group call, community space, workbook, download, consulting or training service, and other product we offer (together, the “Services”).
By using the Site, joining our email list, submitting an application or inquiry, enrolling, paying, or taking part in any Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.
If you enroll in a program, you may also receive a written enrollment agreement or order confirmation. If that document conflicts with these Terms, the enrollment agreement controls for that purchase.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the Services. By using them, you confirm that you are. If you enroll on behalf of a business, ministry or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.
3. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version. Changes apply from the date they are posted, but they will not change the price or refund terms of a purchase you have already made. Continuing to use the Site or Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
4. Nature of the Services: education and coaching only
Casting Kingdoms provides faith-based education, coaching, accountability and project-planning guidance. The Services are not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, medical care, mental health treatment, addiction treatment, or clinical care of any kind, and they are not legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting or business-formation advice. Coach Katy Moore is not acting as a licensed therapist, physician, attorney, financial advisor or accountant in providing the Services.
Nothing in the Services is meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, or to replace care from a qualified professional. Talk with the right licensed professional before making medical, mental health, legal, financial or major business decisions. If you are currently in therapy or treatment, do not stop or change it because of anything in the Services.
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself or someone else, call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the U.S.), or call 911 in an emergency. The Services, including any text or message access, are not an emergency or crisis service.
5. Faith-based content
The Services are built on a Christian, Bible-based perspective, and teaching, prayer and Scripture are part of the program. You are welcome to take part wherever you are in your faith, and you choose how you engage with that content. Scripture quotations are used for teaching and reflection.
6. No guarantees of results
Your results depend on you: your effort, decisions, skills, circumstances, timing, market conditions, and many factors outside our control. We do not promise or guarantee any particular outcome, including income, revenue, profit, a job, a business or ministry launch, a relationship outcome, spiritual outcome, or personal transformation.
Any examples, stories, case studies, sample plans or testimonials shared on the Site or in the Services are for illustration only. Some examples are fictional and are labeled as such. They are not typical results and are not a promise that you will get similar results. Any “value” figures shown on the Site describe the value of our time and are not a promise of what you will earn or save.
7. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for your own choices, actions and results, during and after the Services, including any business, ministry, financial, legal, health or relationship decisions you make. You agree that you are using the Services voluntarily, that you will use your own judgment, and that Casting Kingdoms is not responsible for decisions you make or actions you take based on the Services.
8. Applications and acceptance
Joining our email list or submitting an application is free and does not reserve a seat, guarantee acceptance, or create any obligation for you or for us. Every application is reviewed personally. We may accept or decline any application, for any lawful reason, at our sole discretion, and we are not required to explain a decision.
Please answer applications truthfully. We may decline or cancel an enrollment if information you gave us was materially false or misleading. Seats, including the limited seats in The Commission, are filled at our discretion and may sell out.
9. Pricing, founding prices and payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include any taxes, shipping or fees that may apply. Founding prices are offered for a limited time to the first group of members and may change for future rounds. We may change prices for future enrollments at any time, but a change will not affect a purchase you have already made.
When you enroll, you agree to pay the full price of the option you choose. If you choose a payment plan (for example, two payments or monthly payments), you are agreeing to pay the total of all scheduled payments, and you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on each scheduled date. A payment plan is a convenience for paying the full price over time, not a subscription you can cancel to stop paying. You remain responsible for every scheduled payment even if you stop attending, fall behind, or choose not to use part of the Services, except as described in the Refunds and cancellations section below.
If a payment fails, we will try to contact you. We may pause or end your access to the Services until your account is current, and late or unpaid amounts remain owed. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date.
Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card details.
10. Refunds and cancellations
For our six-week group programs, including The Build and The Commission, the following refund policy applies unless your written enrollment agreement says otherwise. For the founding round, the program begins January 5, 2027 and the second weekly session is January 12, 2027.
- Full refund up to 14 days before the program starts. If you cancel at least 14 days before the first live session (by December 22, 2026 for the founding round), you will receive a full refund of everything you have paid.
- First-Week Guarantee. If you attend the first live lesson and complete the Week 1 build work, and decide the program is not right for you, you may request a full refund by emailing us before the second weekly session begins (before January 12, 2027 for the founding round). If a printed workbook has already been shipped to you, its $19 price is deducted. To use the guarantee, you must have attended Lesson 1 (live or by recording, if one is provided) and show your completed Week 1 work.
- No refunds after the second weekly session begins. After that point, all payments are non-refundable, and any remaining payment-plan installments remain due, because your seat has been held and the group has been formed.
- The Commission. The same rules apply. If any private one-on-one session has already taken place, $150 for each session used is deducted from any refund.
- Hardship transfer. If a serious emergency such as illness, injury or a family crisis keeps you from continuing after refunds have closed, you may ask to transfer your enrollment, one time, to the next available round that begins within 12 months, instead of a refund. Transfers are approved at our discretion, are not refundable, and are not available for a missed payment or change of mind.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Workbooks and other materials you have received or downloaded do not have to be returned, but your license to use the program materials ends if you receive a full refund. Other products and services, such as after-program coaching, one-on-one sessions purchased separately, and consulting or training engagements, follow the refund terms stated when you buy them.
If you have a concern about a charge or your experience, please email us at info@castingkingdoms.com first so we can make it right. You agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute for a charge you authorized without first contacting us and giving us a reasonable chance (at least 14 days) to resolve it. Filing a dispute for a valid, authorized charge is a breach of these Terms, and we may end your access to the Services and seek to recover the amount owed and reasonable costs of collection where the law allows.
11. Program schedule, attendance and changes
Program dates, session times, formats and platforms are described at enrollment. We may need to reschedule a session, change a platform or tool, adjust the order or content of lessons, or substitute an equivalent format, and we will give you reasonable notice when we can. These changes do not entitle you to a refund as long as the program is still substantially delivered.
You are responsible for attending sessions, doing the work between sessions, and keeping up with communications. Missed sessions are not refunded or credited. If recordings are offered for a program, they are provided as a courtesy and may not be available for every session or forever.
If we cancel a program before it begins, or cannot deliver a substantial part of it for reasons within our control, we will offer you a refund of the unused portion of what you paid, or a seat in a future round if you prefer. This is your sole remedy for a program cancellation by us.
12. One-on-one coaching and text access
Some plans, such as The Commission, include private sessions and personal message or text access for a set period. Private sessions must be scheduled and used within the program period unless we agree otherwise in writing, and unused sessions expire without refund. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule; a session missed without notice may be counted as used.
Message and text access means reasonable access during normal hours, with replies within a reasonable time. It is not 24/7, it is not an emergency service, and it does not include unlimited calls. Project management coaching, plan reviews, status feedback and risk call-outs are guidance to help you run your own project. You remain the decision-maker and are responsible for carrying out your project.
13. Workbooks, printed materials and shipping
The Workbook is provided as a printable PDF. If you order a printed copy, the listed price covers the printed copy, and any shipping charges or delivery estimates will be shown when you order. We are not responsible for delays caused by printers, carriers, incorrect addresses, customs or events outside our control. If a printed copy arrives damaged or with a printing defect, email us within 14 days with a photo and we will replace it. Otherwise printed and digital materials are not returnable.
14. Intellectual property and your license
All content on the Site and in the Services, including lessons, teaching, workbooks, lesson books, worksheets, templates, frameworks, slides, videos, recordings, graphics, text, the Casting Kingdoms name, crown logo, taglines (including “Rise • Build • Serve”) and other branding, is owned by Coach Katy LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
When you enroll and pay in full (or stay current on a payment plan), you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the materials for your own personal growth and your own projects. You may not: copy, reproduce, sell, resell, sublicense, publish, distribute, or share the materials or your login with anyone else; record, screenshot or capture sessions; use the materials to teach, coach, or create a competing program, course, book or product; remove copyright or trademark notices; or upload the materials into any artificial intelligence tool, dataset or model for training or to generate competing content. You may use AI tools on your own work and answers as part of the program.
Your own work, such as your answers, vision, plans and projects, stays yours.
15. Recordings, photos and your likeness
Group sessions may be recorded so members can review them. By attending a recorded group session, you consent to being recorded, including your name, image, voice and anything you choose to share. You may keep your camera off, change your display name, or share by private message instead if you prefer. Recordings are shared only with members of that program and are not posted publicly. We will not use a recording of you, or anything personal you share, in public marketing without your separate permission.
You may not record, photograph, screenshot or capture any session, community discussion or other member in any way.
16. Confidentiality, and its limits
Members share personal stories in this program. You agree to keep confidential what other members share in sessions, calls and community spaces, and not to repeat it, post it, or identify another member outside the program.
We treat what you share with care and will not share your personal information or story publicly without your permission. However, the Services are not a legally privileged relationship like those with an attorney, doctor or licensed counselor, and we cannot guarantee that other members will keep what you share confidential. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing in a group.
Limits of confidentiality. We may disclose information without your permission when we believe in good faith that it is necessary to prevent serious harm to you or someone else, when we learn of the abuse, neglect or exploitation of a child or vulnerable adult (which we may report to the appropriate authorities), or when the law, a court order or legal process requires it.
17. Community guidelines and conduct
Casting Kingdoms is a place built on honesty, respect and accountability. You agree not to: harass, threaten, shame, bully, discriminate against, or intimidate anyone; share sexual, hateful, violent or illegal content; solicit, pitch, recruit, or sell to other members without their invitation; share another person’s private information; impersonate anyone; disrupt sessions; or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
We may warn, mute, suspend or remove anyone from a session, community space or program, at our sole discretion, if their conduct harms the group or breaks these Terms. Removal for conduct is not grounds for a refund, and any remaining payments remain owed.
18. Testimonials and content you share
If you send us a testimonial, review, story, photo or other content for us to share, you give us permission to use, edit for length and clarity, and publish it, along with your first name or the name you choose, in our marketing on any platform, without payment. We will ask before using your full name or image, and you can ask us to stop using your testimonial in future marketing at any time. We will not edit a testimonial in a way that changes its meaning.
You confirm that any content you share is yours to share and does not violate anyone else’s rights.
19. Communications
By joining our list, applying or enrolling, you agree that we may contact you by email about your application, the intro call, enrollment and the Services, and send you updates and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. We may still send you messages about a program you are enrolled in or a purchase you made.
If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your application or enrollment. Message and data rates may apply. We will only send marketing text messages if you have separately agreed to receive them, and you can reply STOP to opt out at any time.
20. Artificial intelligence tools
The Services may teach or use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to help you plan and execute. AI tools can produce inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying anything an AI tool produces before you rely on it, and for following the terms and privacy policies of any AI tool you use. Do not enter confidential, sensitive or proprietary information (including your employer’s) into AI tools unless you are permitted to do so.
21. Third-party services and links
The Site and Services use third-party tools and platforms, such as video meeting, email, community, payment, scheduling and website hosting services, and may link to other websites. These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices, or for any loss caused by them.
22. Consulting, project management and training services
The Work With Katy page describes separate professional services, including program and project management, strategy, implementation, migration and training for project and program managers and teams. Submitting the Work With Katy form is an inquiry and application only. It does not create an engagement, and we may decline any inquiry.
Any consulting, project or training engagement is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work that sets out the scope, deliverables, fees, timeline, confidentiality and other terms. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls. Please do not include confidential, proprietary or third-party information in the inquiry form.
Any professional experience described on the Site is shared to describe the type of work we do. It does not imply endorsement by any current or former employer or client, and clients and employers are intentionally not named.
23. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site or Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses, or that any content is complete or current.
24. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coach Katy LLC, Coach Katy Moore, and our members, managers, contractors, team members and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, business, data, opportunity or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Site or Services, even if we were told such damages were possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site or Services is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the specific Service that gave rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
25. Release and assumption of risk
Personal growth, business and ministry work involve risk, including financial risk and emotional discomfort when working through hard experiences. You understand and accept these risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Coach Katy LLC and Coach Katy Moore from claims arising from your participation, decisions and actions, except claims caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
26. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Coach Katy LLC, Coach Katy Moore, and our members, managers, contractors, team members and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your content, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of another person, or the decisions and actions you take based on the Services.
27. Dispute resolution
Talk to us first. If you have a concern or dispute, email info@castingkingdoms.com with a description of the issue and what you are asking for. We both agree to try in good faith to resolve it informally for at least 30 days before starting any formal proceeding.
Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and we agree that it will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered under the consumer arbitration rules of a recognized arbitration provider, rather than in court, except that either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies, and either of us may ask a court to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property. The arbitrator’s decision is final and may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
Class action waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes will be brought only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative action.
Time limit. To the extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.
28. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Subject to the dispute resolution section above, any court proceeding will take place in the state or federal courts located in Montana, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
29. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including illness, family emergency, natural disaster, severe weather, power or internet outages, failures of third-party platforms, government action, pandemic, or war. In those cases we will reschedule or provide an equivalent format as soon as reasonably possible.
30. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Site or any Service if you breach these Terms, fail to make required payments, file an improper payment dispute, or put the safety or experience of other members at risk. You may stop using the Services at any time, but stopping does not cancel payments you owe. The sections of these Terms that by their nature should continue after termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and dispute resolution, will continue.
31. Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use the Site and take part in the Services. If something is hard to access, or you need an accommodation to participate, email info@castingkingdoms.com and we will do our best to help.
32. General terms
These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any enrollment agreement for your purchase are the entire agreement between you and us about their subject. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect, and the unenforceable part will be enforced to the maximum extent allowed. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent; we may assign ours, for example if the business changes form or ownership. Headings are for convenience only. Electronic acceptance, such as checking a box or clicking a button, is as binding as a signature.
